Transferring off Balmung

So I'm looking into transferring away from Balmung. I would like to return to Sargatanas, which is my original server. However, every time I go to transfer Sargatanas does not show up in the list of possible worlds to move to. I've checked the list of servers banned for transfers repeatedly, and it still only shows Balmung and Gilgamesh. It's been several months since my move, so I am outside the 3-day waiting period. Is there something else going on, or some servers not publicly locked?

It shows up for me. :( Try relogging or something? That's really weird.

Someone had a similar issue a few days ago I think. Make sure you are selecting the destination world first. The second choice is where you are moving from, followed by the characters you want to move.
