Refill ability for Bait

Everytime I run out of bait I have to exit the fishing game and lose any abilities (or even a school). Can we get a refill ability please?

.......Or at least if there is a way they can just have a menu pop up when u run out of bait to equip more, sort of like how the emote or use item menus pop up. Or just make the system equip the same bait you were using if you have more stacks left in your inventory

Have never had a reason to use bait over lures or flies.
But, making the bait stack 999 would work for you? Wouldn't it?
