Mentor Level Sync - Suggestion

So it occurred to me that as a mentor I really enjoyed meeting a new player recently and given that he was low level I changed to my lowest level to match him (my rogue) and we had a lot of fun working as a team out in the field, he was getting exp from our kills and I wasn't killing everything in one hit. Then I realised that was my last class below level 10 and by stormblood I expect to not have any below 30 which would be sad as I really enjoy playing with newer players at their level even outside of dungeons.

So my point is, would it be possible to create a mentor level sync function? Just a button where if I join a low level I can click it and sync to any level I choose (or to a specific party member's level) without needing to be in a fate or a dungeon.

I know many mentors may not bother with this but to those of us who really love helping new players get the best experience from the game it is sad when we no longer have classes low enough to do this.
