Precision about the callback campaign

Hi there, I have a friend who didn't play for over 6 months but doesn't receive the invite, is there any delay or something? Also what do they mean by you can get the rewards only once? I wanted to send another friend an invite but that mean I will only get the rewards for one of them?

Apparently the email for the call back campaign is only sent once per week instead of when you actually send the invite. I also had problems with my brother not being able to get the email at all and that was apparently due to his account being disabled or some such once he reactivated it he got the invite once I resent it.

She's connected to the mog station so I guess we should just wait a bit to see if it arrives
