Live Letter Digest request for clarification

A few things stood out that I really would want an official clarification on:

1) So a lot of old gear goes to the poetics exchange - that much I got.
2) Exactly which gear goes to poetics exchange: Lore/Scripture I get, that's per-role gear and currently available, but Esoterics is currently on Centurio Seals exchange. Does that go to Poetics as well then ?
3) This infers that there will be esoterics gear (AF2) for Samurai and Red Mage, is this correct ?

exactly how is "One time only" meant ?

a) You can only put one of them in Advanced melding
b) You can put as many in Advanced as you want, but you only get one attempt
c) You can put as many in Advanced as you want, but you have to do it in one go
d) all of the above is wrong and they're exempted from advanced melding

Probably stupid questions, but this just stuck out to me as a bit unclear, sooo. ...

One time only might mean, one High Materia V allowed to be melded on your gear set. Like with how Legendaries worked in Legion, where you could only start by equipping one legendary.

I don't know if it's right, but that's how it sounds to me.

As for the old gear, SAM and RDM will probably be sharing the old gear with the others. RDM will probably use the caster gear and SAM will probably use the NIN gear.

For Lore/Scripture that's clear ... that's per role, so SAM shares with MNK and RDM with BLM/SMN.

But esoterics gear is unique to a single job!
So in the case of RDM:
- Share on BLM
- Share on SMN
OR
- Get its own unique set

and that was my question.

Your answer on the materia sounds logical (only allow one High 5 on a gear piece)
