I pre-ordered Stormblood a few days ago right before the servers went down for the 48 hour maintenance. I have it flagged correctly in my account but I never got the pet or the ear rings. I assume they're supposed to be mailed to me but I never received anything. Am I missing something or is it bugged?
They're not in the game yet. You won't get them until Stormblood launches. Most likely 20th June (the actual launch, not early access on the 16th)

I'm a PS4 player and I preordered the collectors edition and i put the code into my psn store and my mog station still doesn't say that i have early access is that something I'm still going to get
I preordered way back in march and I still havent even gotten the code
