Allow the use of all item as macro icon

I like using item icons like job's soul for macro icon but the limitation to this is that it works only with item directly in your possession, if you don't have it on you the macro icon will stay blank. Also this bring another little issue, it is that if the item move, for instance the job's soul going from your arsenal to your equipment, the icon of the macro will become blank until you refresh the hotbar; or another little issue that is the icon will become grey to mean "not usable" like on a mount because the item from which the icon is taken isn't, but the macro still is. I think that would be some nice QoL to fix for SB alongside the augmentation of the number of macro.
What is weird tho is that it works with mount/minion you don't possess.
