So in a few days, I'm going to be transferring from a PS4 to a PS4 Pro, and I'm wondering about properly transferring so I don't have to have any problems once I do. My main concerns revolve around my Macros, Equipment Sets, Hotbars, HUD setups and my Character and System settings. If I transfer all of my files in the PS4's Final Fantasy XIV Online folder, will that keep all of these settings intact?
Use the PS4 data transfer feature. Just need to have them both connected to same wifi and LAN cable. It is easy and fast. Much faster than re-downloading the game (20minutes versus 3+hours). Everything can be transferred and it will be like nothing changed.
If you are trading in your PS4 and wont be able to do a data transfer, then upload your settings to the cloud and then download them to your new PS4 pro.
