Healer/Dps LF Hardcore Static

I'm a returning player to the game (went on hiatus after few months of clearing A12s).
Currently I play healer (sch being current choice) and have done all 3 healers at a high level for prior raid tiers but given a good group I would consider playing DPS.
For Stormblood I'm looking to join a Hardcore team and clear content as quick as possible.

To achieve this, I expect similar qualities in the team that they would expect from me

• First clear takes priority over personal dps
• High skill level of each play as an individual
• Adaptable and open minded to new strategies
• Always aiming to improve raid and personal dps
• Reliability, for both prep before raid and timeliness
• Teamwork

For the first week of Savage I'm aiming for at least 20h. Post clearing the teir I am hoping to sell content and do speed runs
