Hi there. Just wondering about this. I have the game for PS4. got the collector's edition of ARR and Heavensward but i still need to start the game off of my ARR disk to run it. can i delete the game and redownload and install from the library for a full install so i do not need the dick in the system to play?
i have the disc version of the game you don't need to leave the game disc in once its installed.
Yes i do. ever since i first started in early access i have had to have the disk in the PS4 to launch the game and play it. have ready that i can delete the game from storage on the PS4 and re-install from the library. some had the option to install full from disc when they first put it in. i don't remember getting the option. but i always need the disk in to play or it will not launch. Lately the disk give an error message saying it is dirty or broken and have to try launching a few times before it will work. so i was wondering if in fact i can delete and re-install fully so no more disk will be needed.
is it possible your arr is still listed as the trial version on the mogstation? but i think you should be able to delete and reinstall from the library. if none of that doesn't fix it i would call support.
Yeah, something is definitely up with your version. I bought the physical Collector's Edition of A Realm Reborn as well, and was in the early betas as well. I only had to put the disc in to install the game, then never had to touch it again. If reinstalling it doesn't work, I would do as Amaya-Asha said and contact support.
reinstalling but now getting a stupid unable to download patch crap. nothing i do works. now i cant play at all........
