Steam patch?

Yesterday when I opened up FFXIV on Steam (On Windows 10, by the way), I was met by Steam trying to install FFXIV even though I've already installed it and patched to the current patch. Strange. After hours of installing, I logged in the FFXIV Launcher and I've got "Downloading ffxiv - 2015.05.26.0000.0000". While trying to patch at 3017.39 MB/11330.82 MB left, I'm hit with an error.

"Unable to download patch files. [30413] [25008]"

Interesting.

Things I've already done to try and solve this:

• Restart my router.

Yeah, I haven't really done that much.

Is there any way to resolve this?
