Being Ninja?

How do I now become a Ninja? My Pugilist skill is 15, Rogue skill is 32, did get quest to go to Oboro . Oboro said some stuff and gave me some blue thingies but I had drama in the house with people talking to me etc. Anyway.
So now I am standing in the room with Oboro (cannon find any blue things on my body or inventory) who will not give me any quest he is red and it says requirement is that I need to be level 30. Well I am level 32 Rogue

I did not get a ninja weapon so 'officially' I cannot be a Ninja. So now I worked frantically basically day and night to be a ninja and even standing in the room of the Ninja and can not go on.
I have a lower level dagger that can be used by ninja and rogue but when I put it on I still do not turn into a ninja!
Search and You tube etc nobody seems to have had that problem!

And you checked your Job Stone area in your equipment menu?
All Rogue weapons can be equipped to Ninjas, so that shouldn't be the problem. :B

Make sure you have the NIN soul stone equipped on ya mate :)
