Quest : Dishonor Before Death

Frequency: Every time I have try to complete. Over 40 times I think.

In-game time: I have try at all different times for the past week in a half with no luck.
Area and coordinates: Central Thanalan X15.9 Y14.0

Issue: I keep trying to complete the above subject name quest. But every single time I try to cast the quest item Nymeia Lilies I get disconnected from the server. I have try several time at different time and different days for over a week now and I am unable to complete the quest. Due to it disconnecting me every time I try to use the quest items. Timer reaches around 0.62ms and with out fail I get disconnected.
