Fix The Security App or Add Another Authentication Method

Please SE, drop this 3rd party company and get one that does not have their app reset when nearly any apps update or your cell phone switches carrier towers for calls.

I am shocked that after reporting this problem back in Feb 2016 and still have this issue to this day, that this app keeps resetting. Since the carrier I use also provides calls over wifi, it has been an issue due to the app thinks I am often switching carriers.

To make matters worse, it appears that the app resets often when any app from Google updates. Google Doc update, app resets. Android Wear updates, resets. Google update, reset. Google Keep update, reset. Heck, even the Google Keyboard updates and this app resets.

So far, the only time that this app does not reset is if I only use it when I am at home and did not allow any updates.

Horrible and it has become so frequent that now I have to contact tech support because I am having to remove the app more than once every 24hours.

If you are wondering why am I not using a security token, well the one I got with my FF14 1.0 CE is being rejected. I would like double authentication just because of all the hacking and stealing of accounts that have been going on so often.

My phone is a Nexus 6p if you are wondering.

The other authentication apps I am using that do not have this problem are: Google Authenticator (It is for my Google account and GW2), Blizzard Authentication, and Duo for work. It cannot be magic that these do not have trouble while the SE one resets so often that now it is more than once a day.
