Details: I entered a Guildhest roulette with two others, and our tank was stuck in loading. We waited for 5 minutes, and the player never loaded, but the loading ring/barrier never lifted, and we were unable to participate in the duty, due to the fact the server did not read the tank was offline, so we were unable to vote dismiss, or vote abandon, because we were stuck in the Loading Barrier, the duty had not been marked as started, but treated us as if it had started when we were forced to Leave, triggering an Abandoned Penalty Timer.
