Ninja BiS, Stats

So im a ilvl 256 ninja who just got back from a break. Can anyone tell me what should my focus be for stats as well as bis armor? I'm still working on my anima weapon as i wish they nerf the umbrite cost again. thank you

At this point, with the expansion being a month and a change away people playing catch up shouldn't need to focus on offstats that much. Just try to get as close as i270 as you can and run with that into Stormblood. That being said...

If you are planning to do Savage Creator you need 700 accuracy. After that, Critical Hit Rate, then Determination, then Skill Speed. Zurvan knives are fairly easy to acquire (i265 Crit/Det weapon) or go for the not-so-great-offstat wise i270 Shire knives through Scripture/A12 normal(A11S)/24 man raids.
