Suggestion thread or request to SE on Bard and Mch

This is just simply a plea to the devs that I think would be beneficial. So pretty much when the new system changes coming up my request is that you give Bard (Wm) and Machinist (GB) at level 30. Simply because if they are goin to be a caster then let people get use to that from the very beginning, leveling the job to 50 is just false advertisement.

Let players learn that they can not move freely as they would like as soon as the job is open. I have my bard to 60 and bard was a favorite dps of mine until level 52 Ive looked up rotations etc , but I cant tell you how often I click abilities their clipped or they are interrupted where as this wasn't a thing before 50. And last night I just decided to unlock Mch ( figured Id level it up why not). And its the same crap with Bard you can move around freely but I know that will change at 52.

I play every job in the game blm was my first job, I new from the very start that blm was turtle mood, same with any other caster. But the fact that the two range dps start off a certain way and then change I think is a disservice to learning and if its here to stay let the jobs start off in turtle mood at level 30. I understand that this wasnt possible before hw with bard but now that hw has come and gone then please change it, and with Mch I have no idea why they waited to level 52 fully knowing how the job would work.
