What if we take all your ideas and push them into one thread?

Less spammy, no?
This way of selling homes and buying them has already been suggested, a long time ago.
Unlikely to happen. Housing is still supposed to be a gil sink and SE only reluctantly gives 80% back on demolishing (I say reluctantly because they put a 45 day timer on getting that money back instead of unlimited so they only want to pay out if they really have to, they'd much rather remove the money from the game). There's also the concern over players setting their own prices as they've said in Live Letters before they're not happy about the inflated prices.
So I posted 4 "seperate" topics on 1 day... I apoligize... Sigh...
Eitherways to reply to the people that sticked to the topic at hand... unfortunately I've never seen houses become available after 45 days so whatever they are doing.. its not working.
I've heard it, but never seen it in action. and I spent three days (my entire weekend, plus one day I called in sick) camping Lavender Beds. If a house did become available through this? It was snatched up by some more diligent like minded camper within 10 seconds....or it was a bot set up for this...or yea...it just doesn't work.
On the hour every hour there is a chance it has been 45 days exactly, since someone has not logged in and gone into their home. Check the city crystals on the hour, every hour. I have helped three friends find houses on the busiest server in the game, so if we can do it on Balmung you can do it on any server!
Don't take your time with it either, it's a race every time. If you see numbers on the list instead of a name, get to that plot ASAP!
Apartments are not FC houses everyone can teleport to, and they are all very small to be used for that anyway... so the problem remains.
They should just double the amount of housing currently available...
