Item description for fish "Ceti" states "...lord of the skies near..." but it is caught in an aetherochemical pool, not from cloud fishing. Other aetherochemical catches (e.g., Augmented High Allagan Helmet) state "lord of the waters" which is probably more accurate for Ceti.
