Monster Name: I think the last enemy I defeated was King Moogle in Thornmarch EX. I also tried to queue for Final Coil of Bahamut Turn 4 but couldn't because I had not unlocked it yet which I suspect is also a cause of the problem.

Steps: I believe I joined a group trying to do Final Coil of Bahamut Turn 4 and it the bug occurred as a result of not being able to enter that dungeon. I will be unlocking this content to see if I can fix the bug myself.

Sorry, it's not a bug. Even if it's in the WT book, if you don't have it unlocked, you can't do the content.

you are at least right that it is not a bug. i did not realize i could only place 9 seals and that was the problem
