Bard's skill Animation

About the Wanderer's Minuet skill animation, I'm a bard fan, i play archer on most of the games i played if its available, I'm not a WM hater i liked it, but i think the old animation was more precise than the current one, now it looks sloppy it's like a dead casting animation, i love how it was look like before, the feeling like how a samurai draw his katana before a skill, i hope the production team will consider changing this or change it back to the way it was before. Its just sad idk about the other people but i prefer the old animation for WM.

I think the long draw of the bow makes for a much more believeable casting action than waiting to draw an arrow. Taking aim as "casting" seems to make more sense too.

That makes sense if you did either of those things while casting. Right now it just looks like the BRD is stopping for some kind of slow motion effect while drawing so they can show off they quick scope skills.

That's not a problem of the design, that's just because we cast through animations for the sake of dps uptime, so you largely never see it.

I would bet if the developers change the word "CASTING" to "DRAW" or "PULL" this perception problem will stop to exist.

From my friend:

Wide volley needs changing so it looks dull like quick nock so people stop spaming it! Maybe even make quick nock the flashy one while making wide volley the dull one.

I agree, I was somewhat disappointed when they changed it, it doesn't make as much sense & looks way less cool :(
