Controller problems for PC!

My controllers ( One wired and one wireless! ) is both having problems playing Final Fantasy XIV since around the end of March. My character would simply stop moving and start moving again. I have No control over her at all! I would gain control over her moments later. This keeps going on at random! Both controllers are Xbox One controllers. I have been playing Final Fantasy XIV since last year with both of them. Both controllers works prefect on Forza Horizon 3 & Mass Effect: Andromeda. What is up?! :(
