Unable to buy an expansion from official site.

Hello. I would be very grateful if you could help me with my problem.
I started to play FF14 with trial account few weeks ago. After 1 week I was able to buy Realm Reborn. Yesterday I got 50th lvl and wanted to upgrade my account. But when I tried to buy expansion from https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu/final-fantasy-xiv I wasn't able to do it, because I wasn't able to find my country (Russian Federation) in the list of countries in billing/shipping information.
Can you give me advice, please, is there a possibility for me to buy Stormlood from the official site?
PS: I play on PC. I want only code - not the physical version.
