revise the Recommendations menu option

My impression is that the Recommendations menu is there to show you useful content available to you, like quests and FATEs. But I've never found it useful because it only shows you stuff available in your current zone, for which I always relied on the map to find anyway.

Today, I figured I'd finally get off my butt and do the most recent leg of the main story quest, but as usual from waiting for patch releases, I couldn't remember where the previous quest left off. The usual go-to sources of info are then the ingame Journal (which only gives contextual hints, and didn't help jog my memory this time), the patch notes on the website (I shouldn't have to step away from the game to find this info), or friends (who may also not remember where the quest picks up again either). For whatever reason, the first place I looked was the Recommendations menu instead, and it most usefully stated "There are no duties to display." Of course, it shows the quest just fine after I enter the Rising Stones!

I suggest changing the Recommendations menu to show content based on your character's level rather than your current zone, and to always show any main story quests available. Expand the menu to have content sorted by zone, since that info could still be useful for people leveling, especially for secondary jobs in ARR.

That would actually be really useful. Additionally, it would be great if there where options to show available major sides quests, for example, quests that unlock dungeons (and other features), or even Hildibrand / Scholasticate quests.

I think that, as for side quests it works currently fine for how I like to use it. Seeing all side quests in the location I'm in is desirable functionality to me. However, adding category for "blue quests" and "main quests" that is eorzea wide would be good improvement.
