Steps:
1. Arrived at the locations waiting for nodes to pop, had Truth of Mountains on. They never showed.
2. Turned ToM off and on several times. The still never showed.

I have fiber to my wall and an elderly but competent gaming laptop

This is not on my end.

Looking at the times and coordinations in your post, those seem to be the Astral Moraine and the Lumythrite legendary mining nodes. Do you have the regional folklore pages for the Dravania and Coerthas regions?

If the nodes you were attempting to gather from are Legendary, please confirm that you have the Folklore Tomes added to your character for each region as well.
