Preparing first-time expansion setup error

Hi,

I'm playing on PS4 and I just bought the Heavensward expansion. It downloaded and it says it's installed, and when I opened the application I agreed to the terms and conditions etc. So I put in my password to log in and it comes up and says "Preparing first-time expansion setup." Fine, whatever. But then a pop up says "A system error has occurred: 20019. [4][-2147352480][8]. I've clicked ok or the back button and it reloads the screen and has me log in again, and then once I do it does the same thing all over again. So I'm assuming it isn't allowing the expansion setup to go through. I've reset my router, restarted my PS4, disconnected from the internet and reconnected and reset my settings to default. Nothing works. Would appreciate some help!

I have exactly the same issue after buying and downloading the HS expansion yesterday. Played ARR for three weeks prior to this with no issues.

I tried all the above, plus from info I found on this forum deleting all traces off FF14 from PS4 and defrag PS4..reinstalling the game didn't work at all. Same error.

Please help, because I'm enjoying the game and now can't play it after spending another £50 on it.

Anyone? Gagging to get playing again.
