Is this a joke? Amazon dlc promotion? Again??

Ok this has to be a joke, a hilarious stupid joke all the way from japan. At the risk of being banned for not being Yay GoGo SE my head is empty and I support your every bonehead decision... So to get the cloud mount, dress cool and get a cool monkey stick I have to spend my money I would pay SE in an ordinary month to buy a game from Amazon that I do not have time to play because life, work, 3 hrs a day game time, sleep ect ect. SE wants me to buy another game... to support this one. And I suppose EU players will be dishing out for more magazines they don't read or buy or use, they don't use toilet paper there the toilet squirts water up their ... you get the idea. STUPID!!! Get a new market strategy Bakka!

At this point in the post I would like to point out revisions that have changed this time around, the promotion time frame has been cut in 1/3 the time it was previously. Codes for pre orders will now be shipped when the pre order ships not before this fixes the scam where you pre order from amazon get your code then cancel pre order with free loot and no expense. After reading the terms on amazon.com apparently supposedly the promotion includes any purchase from the video game category that is new as well and possibly a silver lining still. /Hateful Stare at Yoshi P

Yep, I wish they put those items on the Mog Station, atleast this way, I have a 100% chance on obtaining the items. Alot of EU countries got screwed last time, makes me wonder if this will happen again..

I really, really wanted the outfit and the mount since I saw them. Now I try not to get my hopes up too much for I'm playing with an EU account and we know what happened with last promotion. I'm gonna be so jelly seeing my NA friends running with those. :c

At least you guys get a promotion from a place that has a wide range of cool options so you'll probably be able to find something you want anyway.


EU people are either going to get nothing, or we'll have to scrape by buying crappy magazines no one likes or going to a store with minimal selection. In the worst case we'll have to ask someone if we can ship something to them just so we can get a code if we're not in the right country, essentially paying 30 bucks for just the dlc.

Why are they region locking this again? I would have loved to buy something from Amazon considering my 3DS console is an American one.

Did root around on Amazon, gift cards are eligible. Just waiting for promo codes to email. It really is dangerous for me to post after midnight I tend to be a live wire >.< Still! Hateraid must flow! Now to figure out how to squeeze that ffxi payment out. Too bad I can't convert that playstation cash to Crysta then we'd be cooking with gasoline.

The JP promotion being 7/11 and the NA one being Amazon again sure is giving me flashbacks on how the previous promotion went, in the EU.

Well, sucks to be European. Again.

Furthermore, the Japanese 7-Eleven campaign offers an extra chance for Japanese fans to get the previous campaign items like the white fat chocobo, butler and maid outfits and the masks. This one only includes the new items, so European fans have probably lost their last hope for a second chance at the unattainable goodies they were screwed out of last time. And still not a single word from S-E on whether we're getting anything at all while others get their offers clearly explained. I see people on clouds on my server every single day.
