Duty Finder penalty?

So, I cannot find a definitive answer that isn't ancient (2014). Do you still receive the 30 minute penalty with a pre-formed group? Ie Yourself+3 friends, and queue for a roulette. Since the leveling roulette is terrible for giving you low level dungeons despite you own level (Blood Sastasha when your lowest level is 55).

Under normal circumstances, no. A full premade will not incur the 30 minute penalty.

However, if you are queuing for any roulette, the first person to leave will get a pentalty. Even in a full premade.
This is to try and prevent people from spamming a roulette to get content they want.

If you're in a complete premade party, it's always safe to decline participation -- that is, withdraw from "queue" or let the timer run out.

But once everyone has confirmed, and you have loaded the dungeon:

^ This. It's safe to leave after five minutes have passed, but by then you should be at or past the first boss anyway, so you might as well finish. Unless you all want to break to make cocktails or sammiches while the timer runs.

Any member of a premade party can leave non-roulette content immediately without penalty.
