You know what really grinds my gears?

Outside of the usual large complaints the community has, I thought it'd be kinda fun to take a more light-hearted approach and hear about some of the first world problems you guys have in-game. Stuff that in the grand scheme of things are inconsequential but genuinely nag at you whenever you see them.

For me? You know what really grind my gears?

• WHMs that use Asylum when nothing is actually happening. Usually right before a boss' ultimate when everyone's at full health.
• Healers using all big mitigation skills (Sacred Soil/Collective Unconscious) as Sawtooth is doing his ultimate in Void Ark. The move doesn't do anything to anyone doing mechanics properly!
• That one guy who always falls off the platform on Ozma before the fight even begins.

How about you guys? What really grinds your gears?

People complaining after hunts because they weren't fast enough.

We get peaches instead of tacos.

Running 27 random dungeons in a row as WHM, only 1 loot item for caster classes.....When I ran these as dragoon, we would always get magic classes items.

Oh, plenty! I get way too worked up at times. Primarily, though, it'd be people pulling enmity when tanking, and then running AWAY from me, rather than coming to me so I can more easily grab the adds. Never understood why people run away from the tank when they pull for any reason.

Tanks taking too long to pull, meaning dps build ups (e.g. aetherflow stacks), or pre-cast shields etc., fall off. Hate that.

You tell me you want big pulls..... ok great, can you not throw up the damn dot bubbles on the first set of trash. It was your idea we pull to the first mini-boss and I'm fine with that. But YOU brought it up, can you hold off on the dot please until the end. I hate seeing that bubble far back in the distance being all useless.

Oh God, this. That awkward moment when the tank pulls when Coeurl Stance has two seconds left.

That and the awkward game of Chicken the tanks and DPS have in 24 mans on who is going to pull first. Will it be the one tank that begrudgingly has to and doesn't want to or the impatient DPS that wants them to get on with it?

Nobody knows...

I hate it when my Scholars spam Physick and Adlo for no apparent use and I'm main healing. If you want to main heal then go play a WHM. LET ME DO MY JOB AS A DIURNAL AST. I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP BECAUSE IF YOU WON'T DPS I WILL.

I really hate when the tank casts protect at the start. I feel like protect should be my job.
