Whenever I turn on the launcher I get system error -2146697208, then I hit ok and it shuts off the launcher, could someone help me fix this please? This only started happening after patch 3.57, if that helps.

Need more details, PC ( windows ver , 32 bit or 64bit ) / MAC / PS3 / PS4 ? are you running it under admin? if PC
I'm using PC, and I'm not sure how to check if its under admin.
Right click on the launcher icon and select "Run as admin"
How do I get to that if it isn't showing up when I right click it?

Open, print, scan restore previous versions, send to, cut, copy, create shortcut, delete, rename, and properties. Also if I where uninstall the game from steam would I need new product keys for Heavensward and a Realm Reborn? also would doing so fix it?
Nah you wouldn't lose the keys, they're already registered to your steam account. And it could potentially fix it yes.
