Unexpected Error Since Hooking Up My 4k Monitor Today

My Asus monitor arrived in the mail today. Looks fantastic, but I'm having minor adjustment problems, as well as this major one. It happens infrequently.

I'm playing on Windows 10 64 bit in DX11 mode. My GPU is an nvidia 1080

Other problems I'm having since the monitor swap, which I didn't have before, is there is a quick screen flicker in XIV when I tab into a window on my 2nd monitor. My old monitor didn't have this flicker.
