Put known issues in Support Center
I had to contact support because I got the following while trying to add subscription time.

When I tried searching for it in support center I get

After spending time filling out a series of support forms and waiting for someone on chat support.

This seem like a complete waste of time to not have this information popup when the error happen or have it come up on the support center.
