So my question is if upcoming primal fights could be for a piece of gear instead of another slew weapons everytime? (that have worse stats then my grandmothers walker) I'm not sure if they put this information somewhere else, if they did please please post it and i'll gladly close this thread. i'm not one to really complain and really enjoy the game but come on....... nobody wants or needs a bunch of sets of weapons that are alll similar in power....just saying... they have already stated the moogle weapons will be similar so can just say thats all for weapons and maybe make us some Garuda Haste Pants or Shivas Shield? please just get a little more creative with these primals.
p.s in all seriousness i really appreciate the work you guys have done i've been playing since april and a lot has changed (in my eyes) for the better. Good Job :)

ill bet that they do weapons(at least for now) cause they're easier to design. i don't know that they're easier to design, but it seems like they would be. maybe someone that does 3d modeling can confirm or deny.

i'm not an expert, but when designing armor pieces you need to program they phisics too, meaning they take longer and cost more. That could be a reason why we getting weapons

Yeah i honestly can't know i know anything about that end of it.. and to be honest i've been pretty content with the amount of content we get considering how many changes come along with it. Just thought it would be nice to collect some primal armour this year and not start 2.0 with a new level cap (just assuming around then is when we will get the cap raised) having all kinds of weapons that are at for level 50 and have already been replaced 5 times over.. ya know? :(

With weapons they design it one and scale the size for each race. With armor, each gender of each race has its own style. So to give a primal even one piece of armor, they'd have to design it nine times.
