AST (MH) / SCH looking for static and a FC

For the FC:

I'm looking for an active FC that is social and talkative but avoids cliques. The sort that chat in and out of game and if you say hey lets do 'insert something here' you get people responding.

For the Static:

Mostly playing main healer as AST but can also off heal as SCH.

Currently A10s cleared. I re-rolled when I returned to FFXIV so my character has only be level 60 for like 2-3 months so I don't have relics and still need to clear Zurvan Ex and A11/12s.

I can raid from 7pm +8 during the week (earlier on Wednesday/Fridays) or on the weekend. Looking for preferably 2 nights a week but 3 at most.

Don't really care about experience, I can catch up quick or you can.

I am mostly looking for people that have fun while raiding, take the time in between pulls to laugh but then have serious game faces when it comes time to the pull.
