Character Data - Bug

Details: My main's character (Aireck Zett, Sargatanas) information in Lodestone is not accurate. Lodestone claims I am apart of the world Shiva, in which I transferred the character to Sargatanas over two years ago (January 30th, 2015). Class levels and gear are not up-to-date as well. Please advise.

Steps:
1. Refreshed browser
2. Asked in-game friends to verify incorrect character information in Lodestone

I have quite the same problem. they never answer this. i do not know y. i just start my new thread. let's pray they will answer.

Update:
Issue resolved by deleting all characters from original world (Shiva)
