missing primary tools on six crafters/gatherers

Steps:
1. I logged in to play after not playing regularly for almost 12 months.
2. On two characters, Stella Fae and Rysha, the primary tools for my Leatherworkers, Armorers, and Fishing are now missing. The same primary tools are missing on each character.
3. These six tools were present when I stopped playing.
4. I have had a current subscription for the time I wasn't playing and no one else has accessed my account.
