Fantasia consumed after bug

Steps:

1. Used Fantasia (Obtained from collectors edition bundle)

2. Went to character creation and proceeded to edit character.

3. In middle of making character presets and UI froze up.

4. Ended up on "Excalibur" server character selection screen.

5. Returned to "Hyperion" server character selection screen.

6. Found my character had consumed Fantasia and was a default Miqo'te preset

7. Sent an e-mail support ticket.

8. Ticket was replied to and redirected me to post here for assistance.


I am hoping to get my Fantasia back so that I may re-create my character to customize it the way I actually want.
