Quest help

So. I am not a new player...played on the ps3 for over a year upon launch however, since I do not have a higher post count or character level I cannot post my issues in the "quests" sub-forum...

The quest "Leves of Bentbranch" will not let me complete it with the NPC specified. The quest has a green check meaning I finished it. The only thing that might be preventing me from clicking on the "completed" option would be that I did not open the chest during the quest. I don't know.

The other quest that I cannot select the option to complete when I talk to the NPC is "Threat Level Elevated"...followed quest log to the letter but like the other mentioned quest, can't be completed.

There a way to reset those two quests for me so I can do them over, anything? I can't abandon. I tried. Any help is appreciated.

And yes...I restarted the game, four times to see if that fixed the quests. It did not.

Lately some quest require you complete with same job that you took it. I haven't done leves in a while but for the most part that is the current rule. If its a company leve needs to be a company NPC i believe.

You can abandon and retry levequests from your journal. But chests ate random and not required for completing it.
Something else may be preventing you from turning it in. Pay attention to any system messages in your log when you try.
