House deletion while active

1. I was not playing as often but logged on every couple weeks.

2. I logged in to do the Christmas event a day before it ends and do my regular..check my rets in my house and move some stuff around.

3. A couple weeks pass and I relog in amd my house is gone.

4. I checked my email and got an email about it getting demolished even though I was just on a couple weeks ago and it wasnt anywhere near 45 or even 30 days.

5. I never got a notification in game either.

6. The day my house was gone should be around 11-16th I cannot find the emails.

7. Ive called Square enix themselves and emailed and also talked to a GM and was directed here after awhile of run arounds.

8.I know that I was never absent long enough for my house to be taken away and I used to have that house for around 2 years so I'd never just leave it.
