When i start game in DirectX11 and in main menu click Start,connecting to data center and than this pops up

than straight to desktop.
Yes i have dx11 and yes i have all updated.
Win7 64bit ,intel i5,gtx970 4g,8g ram.
Game works fine in directx9 and yes game is up to date.
