Chasm Buzzards are Not Working In Rank 3 Maelstrom Hunts

I have been trying to collect seals for the Maelstrom, since switching free companies, and this rank cannot be completed. It doesn't matter if I leave the zone, log in and come back, or what. The chasm buzzards outside of high bridge still don't have the hunt symbol above them, and killing them gives no reward. I don't know what to do.

I don't see Chasm Buzzards listed in the Maelstrom log, though I'm checking a wiki and not in game. Are you sure you aren't looking at the archer or arcanist hunt log by mistake, which is listed as having that mob in it?
