As long as the achievements "Leaving Limsa Lominsa", "Gone from Gridania" and "Out of Ul'dah" will exclude each other, isn't that better merge them into one, about you leaving your city-state?
Maybe something like "Out of Place, Into the Adventure".

Seems a bit pointless of a request. You can't see the other two unobtainable achievements and they all offer the same 5 points.
I mean, the quest itself is still different because depending which city you started, you have to visit the other two, but at the end of the quest, when you get the achievement, everyone is at same point and the MSQ no longer splitted between starting cities.
That is the reason I found more correct the achievement itself being no longer splitted as the MSQ.
Edit: on second tought, the achievent may be used to know from which city did you started your character. Unless you can see that somewhere else. It will make sense.
The achievements are given after each "chapter" of the story. Since the first chapter is vastly different depending on your starting city, it makes sense that there would be different achievements for them.
Those achievements are actually from the original version of FFXIV (1.0) where the player gained them in similar circumstances (in 1.0 the achievement was gained when the player left their starting city and headed to the Waking Sands to join the Path of the Twelve, the predecessor to the Scions of the Seventh Dawn):

Hence as they could be carried across into ARR from 1.0, many 1.0 players already had one of those achievements starting ARR (depending on how much they played 1.0 of course), so they also retained the achievement as a ARR main scenario achievement as well. It's one of those legacies of 1.0 that has been retained in ARR, so I don't see SE changing this I'm afraid.
