Keyboard Input Issue (Works when holding mouse right-click)

I have an odd issue with my laptop's keyboard. If I use any input (WASD, or M for maps) it doesn't register it instantly. I have to constantly tap the key until it works. It's not lagging, rather it's acting like it doesn't acknowledge my inputs. It happens when I try to type as well. It also does it with my wireless keyboard. The mouse that fixes the issue is wireless. I've tried disconnecting the wireless keyboard/mouse and it still does it.

Even more odd, when I hold down my mouse right-click button for a fixed camera angle, every key works instantly and I have zero issues typing in-game.

I have an ASUS Strix, running 60 FPS on High Graphics. Lowering the graphics didn't do anything. It only happens in FFXIV and no other game/website. Most of what I've seen in threads:confused: has been about keyboard and mouse lag, which I do not have.

SOLVED: Reinstalling FFXIV fixed keyboard issue.
