Incorrect Unique Mining achievement amount

Steps:
I began trying to get 150 unique Mined items for the "I Found That: Miner V" achievement and when I got all non 60 3-star items, I noticed I only had 149/150 on my achievement progress. Excluding the 60 3-star items I should have 151. I have checked my gathering log several times over and have not found any missing check marks. This means there are 2 items that did not add to the Achievement Progress. I just noticed this today so I have no idea when the error occurred. I do visit the Trials of the Matron.
