PS4 Version Up-to-date, but now tries to download 2.0 when logging in

We are having an issue on PS4 where FFXIV is installed and up-to-date (just played the other day) but now whenever you try to start the game, it starts trying to download ARR 2.0 like it was just installed. Hitting Options on FFXIV on the dashboard and then Information still shows the install taking up 46.51GB

Anyone heard of this or know of any solutions? Would prefer to not re-download it if it could be helped due to data caps, but this has me stumped and I can't seem to find any other reports of this happening.
