How to play without a disc

Hi guys,

I need some help. I installed the game with the disc on ps4 and now in order to play It always requires the disc. Is it possible to play without the disc after installing? How can I do it? (Without buying another registration code) PS4 is ejecting all the time!

I had this issue after buying the disk version. You can play it without the disk though.

Unfortunately you have to unistall ffxiv and then reinstall it from you ps4 library/psn store without the disk in. It will do it ok because the product key is registered to your psn account but the problem is that unistalling and having to redownload the whole thing all over again takes a reasonable amount of time.

Make sure you back up your UI settings first before you uninstall!
