[Zodiark] housing status

Hi!

I just wanted to know how's the housing scheme going on in this server?
I'm planning to transfer from Cerberus and was wondering if I'll be able to get even just a small or medium house.

u should have a decent chance at sb release once the new area opens up, here and there spots open but atleast in my disctrict everything is taken ( mist )
