I've seen this several times. I check Timers and it shows ventures complete. I interact with the Summoning Bell and it shows ventures complete. When I speak with a retainer, it shows the venture still in progress. After that, Timers and the Summoning Bell show that venture in progress.
Do you change computers/consoles by chance? I've seen this happen if I check the retainer on one and then check it on another PC. It seems to store the completion time locally and only after you click it does it refresh (and find out it's changed).
Yes I do. I'll watch and see if that's when it happens.
I logged off on PS4 with ventures going. Logged back in same ps4 and they were incorrectly showing completed.
