Frontline Seasons?
Hello, as someone who finds The Feast boring (and suck at it, tbh), any chance we could get seasonal stuff for Frontlines too? Maybe minions/glam/titles. Right now the Garo event is kind of like that, but it should be shorter. The objectives could be simple like "Get 100 wins in Fronlines within Season 1" or "Get 500 kills within season 1" or "Triumph 30 times in each of the Fronline modes in Season 1" or something. No rankings, so no hostility like the Feast, but still something exclusive to get for those who love FL! It will bring in new people and make the queues faster, as we saw with Garo.
Also, there are still plenty who wants to do Seal Rock and Slaughter. Maybe make it so that the rewards arent tied to a specific mode, it would encourage ppl to try out new modes. Maybe add a weekly/daily bonus that rotates between specific modes so that one mode is more active one week, etc.
And please, dont just add new modes without bumping the other ones to lvl 70.

They would need to add actual matchmaking, MMR, and seperate premades from solo.

It sounds like what you want is more achievements/rewards, not necessarily a "season". There's already a good number of them, though some are mode specific (like the Field Commander's Coat from Seal Rock).
I'm definitely up for new rewards, but there's a number of issues that would need to be addressed before a concept like "Frontline Seasons" could become feasible.

Yeah exactly, I'm thinking more of limited time rewards like the Garo ones, seems like it succeeded in making people rush for pvp. But you are both right, there are alot they are going to have to fix first. Hopefully the The "significant changes" that are being made in Stormblood won't disappoint.

Getting kills is discrimination towards heal mains :(. Need to think up some season achievements that all classes can get.

Have Healer assists count for kills. If someone might find that unfair, given that the tank/DPS is the one actually working for the kill, have the assist count slightly higher than the kill requirement.

Make FL into ranked pvp you mean?
Can't make the current mode into ranked directly, have to change a bit
Like less ppl in a game(4v4v4), cancel/reduse the point of hitting ice, smaller map etc
This sounds like requesting a new pvp mode
Well we'll have new mode within few months anyways

Maybe they should give the existing "Ranked System" a rework before they put another one in. I mean: Matchmaking, Minimum ilvl of 150 (for each piece of gear!), Wintrading and so on.

But I am not talking about ranks, just seasonal pvp rewards. With ranks comes as you guys said, a bunch of problems :/

It's a nice idea, and addresses the issue of PVP stagnating once all of the hardcore players have run out of incentives to aim for, which happens remarkably quickly now that they have buffed Wolf Marks so heavily. Agree on having assists actually doing something in FL too; rewarding kills alone is silly.
