I've been getting them constantly since moving to the PS4 version,(Bad lag as well...) it's preventing me from playing the game, and yes I did restart my router a few times to no effect, honestly I don't know if it's a server issue or an ISP issue.

Seems normal when new patch , PSN sometimes has that problem as well. hence I switched to PC.
